Great article shared. I just want to add here that in a case when you get your ost file corrupted or it becomes inaccessible anyhow then simply delete the ost file and connect outlook with online mailbox and a new ost file will be created automatically but in case if you can not synchronize it with online mailbox then convert ost to pst file by using third party utility and import the resulting pst file in Outlook using Import/Export option in the File menu of the Outlook.
